I just replaced the driver's side blend door with Dorman part number 604-106 and it works great. It is also redesigned, so you will probably never have to replace it again for the same reason as the OE part. If you sign up to receive special promotions via the Advance Auto website, you can save some money on most parts. They usually run specials at least once a month. The blend door lists for $153.99, but I got it for $123.19.
