in praise of c4 fromc5 guy!

I have never been in a c4 or driven one until yesterday!A friend of mine left his 90 red vert with opt. hardtop stick-shift with me to take care of until he comes back-snow bird from N.J.NICE CAR!Anyway I washed it and took a short ride wow I was impressed!solid car nice power,some squeks, and some rattles smelled like an old car,so what! I had fun rowing the gears!Hard to get in and out of.but...heres to you c4 guys from a c5 guy!

That is the only thing I don't like about my Ruby, those frame rails are a %&$# to get over when getting in and out. Its ok, though, I'm 21 so I can stand it. The guy I bought it off of, got rid of it for that reason, he got a C5 to replace it.
That and my Passive Keyless Entry system, ever try and sit at a car show with one of these? The downside of shutting it off, is that then I have to use the key to open the door, possiblity of scrathes.

What's with this complaining about getting in and out?
Isn't that bad, just need to learn how. I am over the 60 mark over 6' and I drop in and roll out with no problem.
The only problem is getting back off the ground.
Really, once I learned how I have no problem. Our 06 Grand Prix isn't that much easier to get out of.

The only reason I would go to a C5 would be for a trunk.

Dang, that is a nice Ruby, I gotta get mine, cleaned/fixed up to look like that. Someone drove mine, somewhere with TOO many rocks, my front end is all chipped up, so are the wheels. In progress of fixing these issues, always getting cleaner and meaner, every time I touch her.

It's good to be a C4 Owner

hog-wash.....the c4 is an easy car to get into( especially when the targa
roof is stowed away ) I'm 6'3" and have no problems
getting in or out i love the c4 style, look and feel.

..it is like getting into a F-15 without the afterburners

I love this generation of Corvette
