Since buying the car wondered why the "Check Engine" light would not come on during the "Bulb Check", well turns out bulb blown. Was concerned that bulb removed, one of the electrical gremlins had gotten loose or some wire was cut, found a bulb that looked identical, goes by trade # 74 (about a 1/3 the size of a 194)

Now I need a source for the side button screw in lamps, learned the color of the base does make a difference in intensity and color even with all having a blue "sock" over them. Sorry no pictures. I'll edit them in later, on wife's camera.

Also learned that if you clean the clear lens, make absolutley sure there is NO LINT left on the inside. THAT UV light makes t-shirt lint stick out like crazy.

So does anyone have:

1. A source and/or part number for lighting behind the Fuel - Reset buttons, will have the Black holder. Used the bulbs from the traction control and trunk release, these have either a gray or white holder.

2. A source and/or part number for the HVAC controller backlight bulbs, considering the LED mod mentioned on another site. Side note- appears to be some issue with the cup holder as the controller looked like it had been soaked in Coke! Took the controller apart - Simple Green and hot water to the rescue.

TIA,

Andy
