Intake Manifold Color

Hi, Can someone tell me if the L-81 intake was painted blue from the factory or was it a natural alum casting? Tim

Natural Aluminum or Silver color

They were natural, but many have some blue overspray on them.

Thanks to both of you. I'm rebuilding my engine and I saw some blue on the intake manifold and wasn't sure if at one time it was all blue..Tim
