Help! IPC going in and out intermittently

Has new ignition switch, new properly programmed BCM, new fully charged battery and factory new IPC 5 K ago. None solved problem

Codes are com 1096 codes for Rdcm, Ldcm, Rfa, , Radio, Hvac, Scm,. when IPC is out. When it is out, the IPC lights are out also.

All of these function properly despite codes. It usually drops out after it sits and is started. After running awhile it comes back upon restart and stays on.
