Is my exhaust too loud?

This more or less only applies to those people that hung out at last year's "SharkFest with an emphasis on C5 mods" in BG.

Do you guys (and ladies) think that my exhaust might just be a bit too loud? I had my car out last night and and I'm starting to think that it may even be a bit too loud for me now.

If I replace it, I'm thinking about going to the DynoMax Bullits (if only because I can get them for free). Or, I replace them with the same Cherry Bombs I had. Or. if the general consensus is "leave it", then I will...

What y'all think?

I've never heard your vette, but my ears are still ringing from my top-off ride a few minutes ago.

I regularly set off car alarms when I start (and sometimes just drive by) especially sensitive cars in parking garages.

My previous C3 had no exhaust at all from the manifold back. . . for a day or three.

THAT was too loud.

I like the saying; If it's too loud, you're too old.

I'm going to be uncapping my baffles in the sidepipes pretty soon, my neighbors all say the noise doesn't bother them.

As I recall

It looked "Good" and sounded "Good"

But, you're the one that has to drive it.. What I might suggest is to let someone else drive and ride along as a passenger.... you might be amazed at how different in may sound when your not driving
