Anyone ever put a Jet Performance Quadrajet carb on a small block C-3? I would like to stick with a Quadrajet so that I can use the stock spread bore manifold. My stock carb is just worn out and I thought the Q- jet would be more cost effective than going with a Holley and changing the manifold to square bore.

Ask Cliff Ruggles for a carb. Maybe not the cheapest but cheaper the paying twice. [emoji4]

worn out Qjet

You said worn out, what do you mean by worn out?
Original since 76 several rebuilds in its past and several parts missing

Steel shafts wear the bores, they can warp, often it is time..

A bud has a 64 Buick Wildcat convertible and his Rochester was shot. He put an Edelbrock on it. Said it was the easiest carb to jet ever. I've been trying to convince him to put a 4 barrel on his 28 Model. ;)

;LOL
