Just traded in my 1993 LT1 for a 1978 Pace Car with the Canadian RPO (KM on speedometer and odometer), bought it locally after seeing it listed on E-bay, car is in Awesome shape! I'm sure I'll have alot of questions coming up, but I just wanted to say Hi :w

Well, why not start now, does anyone know exactally how many 78 pace car's had the Canadian RPO?

Congrats!

Sweetness... I saw the car on eBay. Just wait until all your US friends see the speedo goes to 240 :L

Enjoy! :w

:L Yea, I'm still trying to get used to that myself, you can barely see the MPH range on the speedo!

Yeah, and the rest of world is wondering when you guys are going to crawl out of the dark ages and dump the imperial measurement system. What's it like being the only country left on earth to rely solely on the fahrenheit system? Didn't you guys have a revolution sometime ago and kick out the Brits?;LOL:beer:beer

Do you realize the confusion that would ensue in the beer industry?!?!?

I can't imagine hearing me say, "Yeah, I was doing the 355mL curls last night..."
What's a 22oz? What would a 40 be called??? It simply boggles the mind!!!
:drink :crazy
It might just eradicate the entire bum population if they can't get their 40's, their double-deuces, or whatever anymore!

mmmmm duff. I like our system, after all, you can't run a 1/4 kilometer.

anyways, congrads on the purchase. you don't need to be able to read the speedo. they are over rated.

Imperial? Never underestimate the power of the Dark Side!

I know the Imperial system like the back of my hand.
I have a 3.8 liter Buick that is a 1 gallon and don't know what the cubic inches are. I know a gallon is 3.8 liters because they stamp it all the urinals. 1Gal.-3.8Ltr./flush.:L
1 40 oz. beer= 2-3 flushes. Feel the force flow through you.
Got Math?;LOLJust a little toilet humor.

Congrats on the new Vette!:w
