Long over due, and going very slow...but we are finally going back through Killer and performing some tweaks. The list includes:

1. Rack steering conversion
2. Hydraboost brakes
3. cruise control
4. Gen II electric wiper door conversion
5. Re-shaving the firewall
6. wipers/cruise/high beam on modified steering column
7. New clutch (center force dual friction)
8. Hand made skirts and covers in the engine
9. Re-routed/hidden a/c & heater lines
10. New valve covers and other small details.

My goal is to get the under hood area to be neat, clean, fresh...with minimal bling. I want it to steer better, stop faster, cruise easier, and look outstanding under the hood.

I travel frequently with my job and have limited time to tackle it all at one shot. However, progress is moving along and I hope to have it back on the road soon.

The home built rack install page is here:

The camaro and corvette are really apples to oranges to compare. The Camaro has an auto and the LS1 with a whole different feel. I think it would be a close race if I ever lined them up. Both suffer from traction issues. The camaro is very tight and handles extremely well, but I would rather have the Vette in a tight turn.

Never mind all that...we haven't seen pictures of the "little mcspeed" in I don't know how long.....wassup?

You are right, we haven't updated any pics of him in a while.

Little bugger is two years old now. It blows my mind!

It lives...again!

WOW, the rack and brake convresion is fantastic. This is a must do for anybody not concerned about keeping an original car all original. The steering is laser tight and the brakes are feather light to the touch with tremendous clamping force.

Still working out some bugs in the cruise control and some other minor tweaks.
