I purchased a 2003 Limited Edition Anniversary convertible last May and have been wondering where the information is for production figures for that car....would like to get a detail breakdown of how many were made with 6-speeds, cd changer, etc....can anyone help?

I have to say this is the nicest corvette I have ever owned....expensive...but nice. I had a '76 for 26 years and drove it over 220K miles and sold it last October. Not driving a Vette has its downfalls and when spring came around this year I started getting the itch.

I always wanted a deep red Vette and have said the next car I was going to buy was going to be a convertible. When I say this Anniversary edition, it was a match made in heaven.

I am have some problems with noise and I think it is probrably coming from the throw-out bearing....I am not a mechanic but it just doesn't sound right.....I will be making an appointment with the dealer when I reach 5K miles.

Anyway, if someone can stear me in the right direction I would appreciate it.....thanks.

if you have a 6 speed your owners manual discribes what may be this condition and it is normal.

There is a natural grinding sound when out of gear and clutch engaged.

Also, you should visit the 50th registry for more info on our special AE Corvettes:

The 50th Registry

However, CAC is the best web site for Corvettes.

Mine 2003 Corvette 50th anniversary also noise in clutch area ,when shut down engine it is noticeable. If you press clutch to floor when turn engine off, very quiet and I have to do that since.
Other than that ,it run beautiful

c5 registry

i think the c5 registry has them. they made a lot of them i bought a coupe can't beat the color or the mag ride. but no value as colllector unless your 20years old.
