Looking for VIN info

Hello -
First post after introducing myself.

I have an interesting quest with regards
to my VIN . My car is originally from Bob
Bruder Chevrolet Hollywood Ca.
the build date from NCRS shows an early
build date - Nov.12 , 1964.
After doing some research I quickly realized
this was close to the time of the strike at Chevrolet.(October
Labour)

OK this is the technical part - I show September 1964
build dates ( for 65 production)
vin starting 101425.

October shows the strike time.
November shows vin # 103347..

So the question is ..... my Vin # is S ( St.Louis) 101921.
was this car built in early November??
the numbers don't seem to match up for me ...
Am I misinterpreting how to read the numbers ?

Any insight is welcomed from all you people who
enjoy playing with numbers...
