I've adopted an '81 that has been repowered and I suspect that a lot of the loose wires/plugs etc. are emissions related that were dumped as the new engine was put in. I'd appreciate any help anyone could provide in IDing any of these.
The first wire comes from the right side of the fuse box, runs through the loom and comes up above the left side front wheel well. The wire is a single conductor and is black with a green stripe and terminates in a GM plug.
The other group is contained in one loom that comes up on the fireall behind the right side valve cover. It contains 2 large 6 conductor plugs (1 looks male, the other female) and another pair of wires (1 brown and one black with a brown stripe) that terminate in a GM type plug. I suspect this group may relate to the EOM emissions and/or computer gear, but don't know for sure.
The attached file (my first attempt) has the larger plugs to the left and in the upper right corner is an inset with the first wire/plug.
Thanks for all help,
kdlp
