The Dec 03 issue has a cover article called "How To Turbo Any Engine" I opened it up at the store and flipped through. It had info on how to read compressor maps, a breakdown of turbo parts, how they work etc.

I haven't read it yet, but I can definitely see some good knowledge in this mag.

You mean you just dont go to ebay, buy a turbo, go to home depot and get some parts and slap it on in a few minutes.... I was told this is how it is done.

"Turbochargers" by Hugh Macinnes, published by HP Books. I don't know if it's still published, my copy is copyright 1978.

I think it gives you enough info to design your own system. At the least it lets you know you don't just bolt a bunch of random turbo parts together if you want good results.
