spoke with Mike Zoner at Callaway Cars awhile back about wheel options and he mentioned he had about 8 sets +/- of the RW 18" Magnesium wheels for fitment to our cars.
They are a handsome wheel and that style had been previously seen on the Callaway LM and was later offered on the Comm. Ed. C8 :upthumbs
Here are a few pics of those wheels, fitted to Tony C. & Big Johns Comm C8's.

Contact Callaway Cars directly, for further information & pricing - there was also a hint of a wider rear wheel size avail. and these are all in VERY limited ammounts :cool

So that's John's C8... I had no idea it had the Commemorative body. Is it considered one of the ten Commemorative C8s even though it is a '96?

John would have the final answer on this however, I was told it is one of the ten :cool

Big John's C8 is BBBBbbbbad to the bone! :upthumbs

Do you happen to have any other pictures of his car? I've never seen it anywhere except on Callaway's official site.

Does that mean only 3 Commemorative C8s were made? If so, I might have to volunteer my mother's '02 35th Anniversary SS for modification when I get my '94 style C8 made.

Think they'd let me get them "buy one, get the second half price?" :L

A Commemorative C8 with the 35th Anni package might look nice.

Or maybe get my sister in on the deal too and do "buy two, get one free!"

Gee, having to refind all these pictures and upload got me INTO IT.

Check out this great shot from when we were returning from Amarillo/Pampa, TX and took a break outside of the Texas Motor Speedway.

My camera work is better than I remember :)... just wish I shot it at a larger size.

Gaterbacks

mine even has original gaterbacks

My 88 still has the original tires-gaterbacks. I even drove it to our car show this spring with the gaterback tires--carefully-not too fast.
