went to the fabric store today bought 2 yds of a nice materail and made my own not bad for 6.00 it was half price here s pics

Very nice, did you glue it to the original "sub-base" material (mine looked like cigarette butt filter). I tried to do my own, but it turned out not as good as I had hoped, so I had an upholstery shop do it, they only charged me $48.

glued to the fiberglass i had nothing to go by just took my time when cutting it out then just glued sections at a time looks like it was made to fit

I guess you cut out a cardboard and pasted the fabric over it?

nope glued to the top itself
