Welcome to the party. It's great to see the interest in the older cars. I bought my '58 when I was eighteen. That was forty-seven years ago. Still fun to drive, though the '04 gets most of the use now.

Welcome to Corvette Action Center

:welcome glad you've joined us. Is the 56 someone elses you're working on? That is a nice classic. The 1964 Coupe is as well, had a 1963 Coupe years ago, yes split window what I would give to have it today. But we all can talk about the one that got away and it happens for a reason of some sort, ,maybe to make you really appreciate what you have now ;shrug Stay in touch you found the BEST web site on the planet for Corvette love'n people, the members and staff are top notch all the way. If you have any questions or concerns someone will chime in and try and help you.

May the sun :happyanim: always shine on your face and the wind be at your back, drive it like you stole :lou it, not a one of us are promised any tomorrows!!

Awesome piece of history in what makes the Corvette "The Only All American Sports Car" and only 22000 miles. Is the paint original? Looks great and the teal paint; what is it called officially? Is the two 4's something that was available in 1956? What kind of carburetors does it have; Carter AFB's, Rochester, or Holleys? Love to drive one of these classics. The only problem with owning a classic like this is first and foremost would break the bank but something happening to it! Love, it, love it and love it and a car like this really takes you back:happyanim: Seems to me the first Corvette I ever saw was a neighbor bought brand new a 1957 I think it was, but in this range. and it was red. I said then one day I will have a Corvette, well I've had a few now and love them all, these classics are in a different league all there own that's for sure.
