Pace Car Owners- Anyone with a cloth interior?

Curious as to how many of you 78PC guys/gals out there have a cloth interior. The Black Book infers by deduction that there should only be about 800 or so of these cars produced with the trim code 15C on the tag...
What does YOUR trim tag say?!

Ours has the cloth seats. Somewhere I read (heard?) that the number of 15C options was much less than 800 - don't remember the exact number, but it was in the 200's.

If I can find it again, I'll pass it along. If anyone knows the correct number, let us know!

Should be about 799 PCs with silver cloth. Black Book says 5703 units got silver leather. Silver interior was available only on the PCs. 6502 PCs minus 5703 silver leather leaves 799 PCs with silver cloth.

Thanks for the input guys. It's nice to be able to put a picture to the 15C option! Now I understand what they meant by leather/cloth combo. I queried a local vette buff and he was pretty sure that most of the cloth options went to Canada because of the colder weather. That would support VetteCpl's impression that the number was actually closer to 200- maybe that's the number that remained here in the States. Either way, thanks for the help guys. Mike, I'll download that picture as an example of what my interior USED to look like!!!

Careful there. Since most of the PCs were sold in the USofA, most of the cloth would also have gone to US owners.

The Canadian DMV has records of all cars imported there and the list is supposed to have options on it. You might be able to come up with some figures for Canadian PCs with cloth.

You truly are a virtual fount of information! I'll have to see what/where I might be able to come up with a little info regarding the Canadian import numbers to narrow down some stats on this... I typed before I did the math- any idea how many PCs went to Canada? I'll see if I can sleuth it out.
