Rear Spline Greaser?

Anybody ever heard of this tool. Does it work or is it a scam!

Don't know if they work or not, but the dissassembly that is needed to use it makes it quite a job. Granted it is easier then dissassembly of the axles to grease the bearings by hand but if the bearings were lubed and installed properly they should last quite a while.

the price is right though and if you are not going to buy it let me know.:L

I just used mine the other day....first time so I'm not sure they work as advertised but most major Vette suppliers do sell them. My only complain is that mine is made of some sort of plastic and "zerk" fitting is stripped out. One use and in the trash....needs to be manufactured from aluminum or steel....

Actually, I checked Ecklers, and they have them for $15 also, so I will go with Ecklers rather than chance an Ebay ripoff!!

If you haven't trashed it yet e-mail me perhaps I can use it as a pattern and make us both one out of aluminum for the cost of bar stock

This tool only greases the inner bearing. What about the outer bearing? Not much use doing one bearing but not the other.
