If they are "standard" AC plugs which have a black oxide plug body, they will rust.
The best plugs to put in your engine are Denso Iridium Power. Unfortuantely, they are pricey. Denso plug bodies are plated so they don't tend to rust.
If you truly have carbon fouled plugs and the check engine light is not on, I'd troubleshoot the car, per the FSM, for leaking injectors. You'll need a fuel pressure gauge for that.
As for oxygen sensors...I don't know for sure, but I doubt Standard Motor Products makes O2Ses.
For a while Delphi made its own sensors. It still might. GM has also used Bosch sensors.
I've run Bosch, Delphi and Denso O2Ses and Densos were the best, IMO.
