Scary Noises

I started my GS up today, just to warm her up and I was greeted with a wailing noise. It sounds like a bearing going out. I reved the engine a little, and the noise was there from idle to about 1000rpm. It went away after a while. The engine had warmed up to about 150deg, and I reved it up again, and the wailing came right back.

I also noticed a tick-ticking noise comming from under the left valve cover. It does increase as RPM goes up. Could this be the rockers or pushrods? She has not had the rocker arm recall done yet. That was going to wait untill April/May since she's in storage untill then.

My personal opinion is NOT to store cars. It does them NO good.

I drive mine at least once a month.
