Serpentine Belt Noise

[96CERon]

I have a noise that appears to be belt slipping on the power steering pump at low speeds turning--does not do it stopped turining wheels--changed the belt twice, cleaned the pully surface multiple times. Manula says to llook for power steering hoses contacing frame--no luck there.

Perhaps a bearing in one of the pulleys?

Ok first, before we all shoot from the hip........let's confirm that the noise is in fact ............from the main belt..........
