I started the Vette the other day and placed a tarp and carpet under it to keep the dampness off her :beer. Hoping to get started on some of the prodjects I need to get done on her this winter :cool.

I have a couple of small projects to do also this winter. I have a door hinge check spring to replace and reseal the valve covers again. I think I'll use the new Fel Pro gaskets this time.

Today I took advantage of the unusual sunshine we had here in NW Ohio and took the '81 for a drive. The 3 inches of rain and temps in the low 60s we got this week cleaned the roads off really well so all of the snow and salt are history for the time being. Got a couple of waves from people on the road and had a nice drive.

I thought about the same thing since I'm not too far from you :cool. But I got busy and didn't take it out....darn it ;squint:. as long as the snow stays away, maybe sometime this next week, just to stretch her tires ;LOL.

I took mine out on 12/30. I should have taken it out this past Saturday, but the forcast for Sunday was identical to Saturday. Boy, the weather folks here stink. :bash It was frozen rainy all day Sunday.

It turned rainy here Sunday too. Who knows when the next chance will be to go for a drive.
