Strange EGR

Maybe you guys can come up with an obvious answer. The car runs like a champ. No idle problems, no cold start problems, no overheating, nada, nothing wrong. I pull a code 32 only when at parkway speed with A/C on, on hotter days.(I do live in FL) I've ignored it for some time but do have to address it sooner or later. I was thinking possibly the solonoid? It does not pull a 32 if the A/C is off no matter how hot the weather. By the way, vacuum is tight as a drum.
Any speculation is appreciated.

Might not be he EGR the sensor is a temp switch which senses that the exhaust has heated it up (no egr no heat) when the switch goes bad or the wire is broken the code is set even though egr is working. it's only this way on 85's

I'll check that out. But why only when A/C is running?

Can't imagine........ but strange things do occur. and the sensor for egr is a heat switch not a mechanical connection to the egr valve or solnoid so (in my case ) doesn't always work as expected. just a place to look
