She's Bored 030... With roller rockers, HP lifters/rods, and a bunch of other goodies inside. Built to the hilt! Edelbrock performer 2.0 intake with 750 CFM carb.... What a drastic difference this makes! This accounted for most of the power gains. Can't wait to see what she pulls after the headers/side pipes.

the headers realy help. my 406sb was making 525hp on the dyno with 1 5/8 headers, i put a set of 2 1/8 headers on, and she jumped to 606hp. sounds like you have a nice set-up, the rollers realy help in getting rpm quick. just for giggles, did you try and get before and after friction torque specs? with spark plugs removed, my 406 has 18ft/lbs rolling resistence. this is with assembly lube, before running. my brother-in-law's 355 with stock valve train was about 58 ft/lbs, measured with motor oil in stead of assembly lube. my little test showed 40 ft/lbs saved friction with the rollers. my results may be wrong, but it makes sense to me to run roller!! I don't run a 327 my friend, that was simply an example to give some perspective.
I run a 355 small block, 1000 cfm MFI with some pretty decent internals, along with a Turbo 350 Monster built tranny.

If I had tons of torque such as your BB does, I would probably go with a TH400 also.
Anyways, your car sounds awesome.
