Hey gang,

Another good day. Got to Decatur about 11:00 this morning. Went directly to the Lingenfelter shop and they weren't open. Hey what's with these guys? I know it was Sunday - but church services were over and hour ago and I wanted them to start working on my car. There were about 20 Corvettes in the outside lock up area (see the pictures on the Lingenfelter Chronicles blog).

I'll check the car in tomorrow morning, and get a tour of the Lingenfelter operation. Dinner that evening with 6-Shooter and a bunch of his Millenium Yellow buddies. That should be pretty entertaining. 850 miles from home taking insults about Quicksilver vettes. No problem - I'm a forgiving man.

Talk to you all tomorrow,
Remo:cool

sounds like you guy's are having a great time!!!!!:upthumbs

enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Remo wants us down at Lingenfelters when the doors open at 8am tomorow morning;). We'll post some pictures from there tomorrow afternoon.

See you guys tomorrow @ "Smokey Bones" there in Fort Wayne; I am going to plan on around 5:30 PM unless you call me and tell me other wise. I wouldn't mind going through Lingenfelters, I have lived here all my life and never been there; then again it is going to be rough for me to be there that early; I have a couple of things that I have to do first thing.

Later, call me if anything changes or if you need anything at all.

Wrong - Just CAC folks as far as I know. The Ft. Wayne Millennium Yellow group meet Tuesday evenings for dinner. ;)

Edit: There will be @ least 1 GM Engineer hooking up with us for dinner this evening also.

Later . . . . . .

OK Guy, talk to you tomorrow. I don't want to jinks the trip but I have seen it snow in April here in the Hoosier State; but it doesn't last long. After you get Remo's car to Decatur your home safe I'm sure of it.

Bill

Do you think it's wise for Remo to go off his meds already? I mean, LPE is going to have his car for 3 weeks and the possibility of a relapse seems quite probable. ;)

Theraphy!!!!!! or NOT?

I can fix him up with some theraphy in Fort Wayne; tell him to prepare himself this area only has red lights, that may be why they call it the red light district;LOL

See you guys later today at "Smokey Bones"

It looks like it's going to be a nice day today. I remember one year when my wife drove her '81 to work in early May and had to drive a loaner car home because it snowed a couple of inches unexpectedly. Anything can happen around here.

Well I need to run into town to get a couple of plumbing fittings. Once again I have things to do other than work on my truck this week. :eyerole I'm laying the ground work for a new laundry room that I've been putting off for the last few years. My Summit order should be here this morning too so It will be even harder to be in the basement instead of the shop.

See you guys at 5:30.

Tom

Sounds like you guys are having fun.

Nice road-trip chronicle. Just make sure you don't get into any Jugging contests:L. Wouldn't want you 2 to mis your flight back home. Can't wait to see the pics of the LPE tour. Maybe she will be done in time for the Hillcrest expo meet so we can see how it turned out:cool.

Glad to see it was a safe trip.
