As you may or may not know, I have assumed the reins of the L81 Corvette Registry website from Bud.
(See Post: http://corvetteactioncenter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52439)

Bud is not out, he just left me in charge of running the site.

Now the request: While I'm redesigning the website (http://www.l81vetteregistry.com) are there any features that you would like to see? Now is the time to air out your ideas so that I can see what else may be a good site addition!

So far, features I have included are:
-Full viewing of the registry (including different sort methods by major vehicle options, owner name, state of residence, build number)
-Fully searchable database (database can be searched by almost any option combination)
-Summary statistics of all vehicles registered
-optional enhanced vehicle profile for members (allows members to post pictures and descriptions about their '81)
-Easy to use interface, and much more!

Sounds like you have a good handle on it. We have been lobbying for a state of residence sort feature on the CAC for a long time but still don't have one. This will make it a lot easier to round up a few L81 friends for a cruise or something.

Thanks for the hard work you are putting into this. I know Bud has wanted to do a major update for a long time.

Tim,

Went totally through your (personal) Web site - all I can say is "You the MAN":_rock

Someday I WILL be doing the full rebuild like you did: Engine, suspension, etc... Do I dare ask how much you spent on the 350 to 383 rebuild? ;worship

Just like NIKE says, JUST DO IT! The most expensive part of the whole ordeal was actually doing a stroker instead of just rebuilding the 350. I'm still running stock heads, exhaust (temporary), and intake, but that stuff can always be swapped out when time/money permits.

As for my website, it's just done right. Nothing is more bothersome then having a beautiful car and crappy pictures of it posted somewhere.

BUD - Thanks for everything that you have done and your assistance on questions I have thrown at you.

TIM - Welcome from another Upstater

Chuck
