tranny/clutch noise

Auto-crossed my 96 Lt4 6 speed today and now with the tranny in neutral and the clutch out I hear a clicking vibrating noise. I have no clutch slippage and it does not make the sound in gear or with clutch out. did I screw up the tranny or the clutch?

You were doing a lot of shifting/clutching? Might be the throwout bearing.
