Valve Adjustment

Hi.
Can anyone tell me if it is ever necessary to check, or adjust the valves on my 1990, L98, as I have over 120 k, miles on it?

i am going to assume you are talking hydraulic rollers, the theory with hydraulic lifters is once they are set correctly they dont need to be adjusted again.
now if there is excessive ware on the valvetrain there might be adjustment needed. but that says something is wareing out in the valvetrain.

solids need to be adjusted every (i think) few thousand miles
(time to do mine :ugh )
