Wanted, for C5, batt cover and CAI

Looking for a battery cover (the one that covers the entire battery area), black plastic, what have you.

Also need a CAI for the same car, it's an 02. Prefer Halltech but will talk about anything. I'm NOT interested in a Varaam. ad
