Water Spots! Help!

My paint is pristine! Just waxed it with the greatest wax I ever used! Nufinish! Looks wet, smooth and lasts longer than anything I have ever tried. One frustrationg problem is every time it rains I get these horrendous water spots! Looks like hell! Like someone dumbed something on my hood. It usually takes many washes to get it out. Is there any product out there that works and doesn't damage my paint? Thanks much appreciated! Scott Later!

Check out the care and detailing forum here.... I personally use Zymol www.zymol.com (the best deals are the sampler packs there) Many here have posted positive results with Zaino as well. I can tell you that Zymol is nothing like NuFinish. Zymol is in a whole different world when it comes to waxing your car. The cost is much higher than a bottle of NuFinish, but it lasts a long time, and considering the high cost of the paint, it is worth it.

If you only have water spots after it rains, it sounds like you may live in an area where you have acid rain. If possible I'd get a good wet weather car cover, and maybe prevent some serious damage to your paint.
