What color should the inside of the front fender vents be.

I've been detailing my 77, and I have noticed what looks like over spray on the inside of the front fender vents. I would like to know if it should be body colored, or black. Any input would be appreciated.

Probably color coat overspray. That area did not get blackout treatment and is not likely to have gotten much more than color overspray.

The only way to get rid of this dreaded over spray would be to paint it flat black.
