Question: what is red lite on dash cluster bezel 87 coupe

Cant figure out what this red lite is,or where the 2 pin connector plugs into along with its very long red and blue wires.I found it unplugged .Your help would be appreciated . Ninja

I'd say a previous owner had a security system in the car that has since been disconnected.

Thanks for your reply,you are probably right ,but i have admit that it looks factory,i thought maybe it was a fog light indicator,thanks again.
