What is the best spark plug for a stock 94 LT1?

What is a 'cooler' running plug? Does it help the engine run cooler?

Many have good experience with the NGK. Anything is better than the stock AC Delco Plat plug. The AC's lose the little puck and that throws the gap off completely to .60
Mileage vary on when the puck falls off from really low 20,000 to high miles. The AC Delco Rapid fires worked great in my L98. Going to a cooler plug will do nothing for you if the car is stock. You will increase the chance of plug fouling at startup with a cooler plug. Stick to the stock heat range.

It's a 50 50 shot with installing the Bosch plugs from what I have seen.

Look here for coolerplug info.

Most I have talked to say AC Delco is the plug to keep. Including Jack, the autocross veteran who I met a few weekends ago, who races a 1996 LT4 which he has had 4 years and 30 kmi.

I've not had any problems with my plugs, and I replaced mine when I got the car (42k mi).
