Hey Stealth1,

Plumber's motto: "Your $hit is my bread and butter."
Plumber's advice:"Never pipe hot water to a toilet."

The first one is sick, but everyone gets the point. :eek
The first motto held true years ago when I worked for Roto Rooter.
These days I mostly do installs.Water heaters, toilets, faucets, gas lines, water service..etc Lots more to it than just turds.
Hot water in a toilet may cause an exploding comode.!
I do have a couple more Motto's for you though.
1. $hit runs downhill.
2. Dont eat the last bite of your sandwich.
3. Who's ready to git r done?:L

A copy your $hit..........hangs in my office, always liked that one. I design MEP for commercial and institutional buildings. It does run downhill in most cases, hopefully the site engineer did a good job, or unless you need an ejector. lol :)

Man ejector systems can be nasty..gotta be my most least favorite thing to do work on.

HAHAHA!!! ;LOL

Man, for some reason that really cracked me up! That would make for a good recruiting poster or something!

Just picked up my new '04 Z06 two days ago. I'm the Environmental Manager at GM's Fairfax Assembly Plant in Kansas City. Interesting to see that there are a lot of enineers and technicals types with Z06s.

Kevin,

Congrats on the new Z! I am sure you have read posts 34-37 on this thread. We do have quite a few technical and engineer vette owners. Nice color corvette.;) Go check out post #54 and follow the link to the Yellow Corvette thread that Tammy started.

Welcome!

This is Martinz06, just wondering what type of jobs all you Z06 owners have. To be able to aford or Z06 i had to get a second job. I'm a physical therapist by education, but as everyone knows health care doesn't pay to much, but I love helping people. my second job is real estate which has been very fun and profitable over the last couple of years. It took me two years of selling to final make my dream come true! Has anyone else had to get a second job for there vette. :upthumbs
I work for a major insurance company. Divorced and no kids. Nice to afford the nice things in life.

Major U.S. Army. My job is the veterinarian in-charge (Rat Doctor) for a U.S. Army R&D institute. I am a diplomate of the American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine and also a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. Along with my DVM degree I also have a BS in Animal Science (Reproductive physiology) and a Masters Degree in Public Health. When I grow up I want to be a locomotive engineer. Sounds strange but I've always wondered what it would be like to have 18,000 horses (3 locomotives) behind you hauling some serious weight. I would still :w at all of the corvette pilots.

H.D.

I just retired from Sprint in November after 26 years. I am now the telecom manager at a large convention center in Las Vegas. A 2000 FRC and a 90 ZR1 qualify, right!?

Ahhhhhhhhh, ZR1 and the endless roads in Vegas. "You lucky basterd. ;)

Thanks GusVette,
Great minds think alike. ;)
Now if I can just get one of those rides behind your EB. :L
Let me see; The wing tip number is still 74A850-1005, and right below that is the fuel dump 74A640-1005. Damn Northrop, numbers are still stuck in my head. :D

Wow, my job seems so crappy now compared to you folks! lol. I am a part time supervisor at UPS. Makes just enough money to pay the bills!

I think Hib has the best job of all. Gets to play and research all the cars and the gadgets that go along with them. I bought a C6 DSOM Z51 6spd in March from CAC supporting dealer Bob McDorman Chevrolet. JAGSFAN is great if anyone is looking to get a new Vette with the least amount of hassle.

Auto Parts Driver.

My husband retired from the Carpenter's Union and now does take off's for an Insulation Co (he reads Blueprints). I work at a Nissan store doing Human Resouces (payroll) license and title. Was an office manager but got tired of the responsibility.

Thanks,

Donna
