Where is the DATA Plate

I've been asked to provide the numbers from the DATA plate for the options, but I can't find the factory plate. Where is it hidden?

Isn't that the decal that's stuck under the center console lid?
Pretty sure that's where it is on my 1988 C4.

Ok, I went to an NCRS judging class today and I guess I misunderstand what the data plate/tag look like on a C4. I'm use to seeing a metal plate not a sticker. That said, none on my car.
