So this State Inspector might be the hot tip. So how does the average joe, get a true history of the car?

My state Inspector is the Dude with a Gun,Badge and hand cuffs that comes every 2 months to audit my records that I have to Keep for the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles!!! He is really a nice guy,unless you are not doing your paperwork right,or you get caught with Open titles,or a stolen car,or the DMV gets a Complaint on you!!!! Then he has no mercy!!!!hnoes hnoes hnoes I don't know how a reg Joe would get in touch with them outer than the DMV!!!
