my wipers work perfectly in all speeds including low, but if i switch them to high they stop where they are at and will not move until i switch it back to low. is it just the switch?

I don't know for your 92, but my 93 FSM has a seperate wire for high speed operation. Its Purple. "With the wiper switch in the high speed postion battery voltage is supplied directly to the Wiper Motor, without passing through the Park Relay contacts. The input (PPL) wire is connected to a serperate armature brush for high speed operation."

Looking at the diagram it appears that the switch could be a possible cause, so could the PPL wire circuit itself. Ground is apperatly ok, as the wipers function in all other positions. I would see if I have voltage on my PPL wire at the switch when in the HI postion to see if the switch is at fault. If you have voltage then it is ok, then move on to the wiring, checking the connectors as you go.
