Here is that Callaway from florida that was supposedly sold to a New Yorker last year. The car had dymags on it the first time this time it does not. This car is to far gone to be rebuilt. Buyer beware needs a ton of Callaway specific parts that are going to be very expensive. The good news is this car comes with another frame and rear body tub, all you have to do is switch the parts over to the new frame and turn the key, its that simple!

So tell me is there a regisrty for these cars yet ?

Some time in the future when these callaways cars are treated more like the shelby mustangs of the 60's and are pulling the high dollars. this is information that should be kept to show this will be a rebodied car and should not retain its value as a original car would

Callaway Cars is well aware of this car and its history, VIN#, car#, etc.

They have records of all the Twin Turbo cars since day-one :cool


I also have records, notes, and numbers for most cars as well - A labor of love for the past 12-14 years - I know what you are saying, these cars are on the upswing soon, if not now and I am sure the one in the auction will be back onthe road in a year or two... Clean title and all.

89X2 I think there was some Dymags I was watching from that area but they didn't meet reserve. Seller said he had two but was trying to sell individually. Quote price after action was very high! Have been mostly collecting nos parts and just watching Dymags.

Yes, I do recall - they went to almost a grand, reserve not met - I think some others were looking at them as well :cool

The person has no idea what they got themselves into. Wait till they start ordering the parts from Callaway Cars. They will have to spend a fortune to get that car back together Turbos intercoolers tranny Rams Horn ect... those parts alone will surpass the price of the car.
