I am a wannabe, years of riding a Harley from Canada to Mexico annually, and having covered nearly every state and province after 45 years of riding bikes has left me asking myself, "What now?" . Not that I am bored of riding on two wheels but the reality is my body isn't as kind to me as it once was. Then it came to me in a dream: Do it all over again but this time in one of those beautiful cars that I once dismissed as "trendy" and driven by folks that never leave their zip code area. This myth was debunked when in May in Key West Fla. I observed very dusty and bug splattered 1972 vette convertible with Yukon lic. plates
So, I am dedicated to finding the perfect C4 from 1992-1996 and she has to be a convertible. Zappa is my white German Sheppard and loves front seat navigation in my friends C5. His ears are like antenna and I swear they are still growing. In the C5 they stick out over the windshield line with the T top removed. Can't wait until I get a C4 auto convertible, anxious to drive it even up here in the frozen north Rocky Mountains of Alberta. Would love to hear from any C4 soft top owner with confirmation that I am heading down the right path and what to avoid or watch out for with a purchase. Thanks folks and be safe!
It's July out here and it hasn't snowed........this week
