ZZ383?

I have Sanderson headers on my 383 and they seem to be excellent quality! They're ceramic coated and look great too.

(Evo, is Ohio in the "rust belt"?)
If you are referring to the industries of the "Industrial Age" that have left, then more or less "yes".
If you are referring to them using salt in the winter and thus causing our cars to rust out, then that's a "yes" also. :eyerole

Thanks for all the tips gentlemen. I am scrounging to come up with the $$$ for the ZZ383. I don't wish to do this twice. Unfortunately mama found out how much the ZZ383 costs and has put the brakes on my plans....for now. I have to spend some more on other things first. Keep it fair. Ben

Never, Never, Never let them see the price!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just tell them you had to pay for an oil change when they see the money missing. LOL

For married men a $5k engine will cost $10k after the 100% wife tax:)

The $5,000 ZZ383 will cost you $10,000 after you update the brakes, exhaust, transmission, recore the radiator, buy an intake, go through the suitcase (as long as you got the motor out) and as long as you're at it a R134a conversion :W...

So, $20,000 if the wife gets the full scoop.

But since I have the best wife in the world that drives a 1999 Olds mini van and won't let me replace it, I don't have to worry about that issue. :cool

I agree -- Sanderson headers are excellent. My buddy installed the shorty-style versions on his '79. The flange is so thick, that a gasket is not required.
