I'm very interested in your "experience" as well. The 76 "Project Car" Plans call for the same front kit, but it's pretty far down the list of tasks. Keep us informed and with pics if you can.

Like the Chevette steering wheel, the floor pans were obviously someone's idea of a joke at GM. I'm not laughing at the 260.00 each price tag for a set of pans. BUt of course, either do it right or suffer the consequences. At least I can put a paint job on them that should prevent future issues...

Since the squirrel is obviously a Vette fan, I would think a small model of a Vette similar in color and style of what you own. Coated with rat pison, of course. If that doesn't do it, either start charging him rent or fall back to the 9MM option.

Good point. The compressor I have been looking at is 3.5HP with a 21 gallon tank (comes with full filtration dryer). I have been trying to figure out if it's going to be big enough. Have to check the CFM requirements of everything I buy carefully. Thanks for the response and advice.

GTR1999. Where do you get the glass bead medium?

Anybody bought a small bead or sand blaster recently? Need something to tackle those small parts during the "76 Project Car" restoration. I've heard of everything from walnut shells to glass beads, used as medium, but I'd rather hear from someone who has actually bought and used one. Size...
