Hi, I'm back.
When I first replaced the tach module some of the indicator lights and turn signal lights worked, not all in the dash though. I replaced the tach module and all dash indicator bulbs and now none of the lights work and the tach still does not also.
I got a shop manual and found that...
Hi All,
Would anyone know where I could get a wiring diagram for everything coming out of the fuse box?
I am particularly interested in the wire from the fuse box to the #1 connection on the tachometer.
The fuse in new and tests good, there is power on both sides of the fuse socket.
On the tach...
Thanks, I'm going to have to bite the bullet...or use some AN fittings to run a braided line from the pump all the way up to the carb.
The biggest PIA to date!!:w
Hi All,
Would anyone have any idea if there is a market for 1981 carbs, intake or valve covers?
I removed the Rochester carb, factory intake and factory vale covers and I'm not sure if there might be interest from buyers or if they are just paper weights.
Everything was working fine when removed...
Hello Everyone,
I am attempting to replace the rubber fuel hose on my 1981 350 sb with a metal fitted line that I purchased from Keen corvette.
I am having trouble getting the line down to the pump and am wondering if anyone have any tips for feeding it through.
I am thinking it goes down...
Very interesting. I just converted to an edelbrock performer 600 and have been wondering if I should have gone bigger while I was at it. Sounds like I should be good. Although it does put a damper on my dream of dual quads on top of a high rise manifold!!!

Welcome to the forum. I joined less than a year ago and have found that everyone out here is knowledgeable and willing to help.
Good suggestion to look for a club in your area, I found a couple that had helpful links.

Thanks to everyone for your help.
I checked the pressure, it was good. I changed out the metering rods & step up springs, not that. I was intimidated to get into the floats, needle & seat because I'd never gone there before. So over the weekend I dove in. Found the right float full of fuel! New...
No, this all started after I had the carb installed so I have been trouble shooting it via the edelbrock web site. Tomorrow I am going to check the float level (7/16"), fuel pressure (< 7) and needle/seat for proper functionality. I'll let you all know how it turns out.
Thank you all for chiming...
Does the engine need to be running normally to be able to check the pressure? With the way it's going it really doesn't run smooth at all.
I appreciate the help. I'll try the float first and hope that fixes it.
Hi All,
Does anyone have any ideas for an Edelbrock performer card that bas fuel pouring out of the opening on the passenger side right next to the metering rod cap? It was running fine and then just started spitting fuel out of this opening. I just replace the metering rods and step up springs...
