It can be repaired without removing the body from the frame but its not as easy.Remove the body bolt and bushing ,make the repair and replace the bolt and bushing.I guess I should say this all depends on how bad it is

Yep regular paint stripper .Aircraft stripper works well too.Also I almost forgot,the inset areas of the wheel will also strip as well when you do this,they are hard to get completely clean so you may have to come back and paint the inset areas afterwards.It sucks but makes a very detailed...
Eh,ya know,just like any other aftermarket part.There is only one manufacturer of the 69 side pipes and it is Paragon(I think). They fit like alot of things aftermarket,it takes some tweeking to get them to fit good,youll never get them to fit 100%.
