all the doors around the outside have weather stripping along the sides, top and bottom to keep heat in. I just spent the last 6 months working on the second level totally insulating the walls with R13 with either drywall covering it or 1/4 plywood. the roof I just finished with R19, no...
I'm trying to figure out how much heat loss my garage is having.
right now I have 3...8x7 garage doors. One is insulated the other two are not, one being corregated fiberglass and the other wood.
After insulating the second floor where the cars are I still think my propane heater is using too...
What is the mileage on the car, as that's a big factor in determining value. Based on what you have listed so far, if it's a very low mileage then I would say yes it's worth the 24 k. Your asking, but if it has high mileage then you might want to rethink your asking price. just for your info I...
did you try calling Joanne to see where it's located at. The only thing I could find was on the dyno sheet that lists the engine number, where it's located I have no idea. I'll look around the motor this weekend
As far asI know there really is no way, that's way documentation is really important, there is a Callaway plate inside the car above the center console trim, but no number sequence. I found out mine by calling Callaway #5 of 20 produced that year. They basically use all the same parts from the...
Saw that one too, a house in Hawaii. that's what got me the idea.
I think if I use a heavy white primer it should be ok. However this is in my garage, what in the world was that woman thinking doing that inside a house... I've been using Kiltz on everything before painting and not one bleed...
Ok ,Yes the paper backing. I assume as long as it's not saturated ( a quick death for insualtion if it gets wet) there would be no problem, just wanted to be sure. :)
I just finished installing the insulation for the roof in my garage and was not going to sheetrock due to the height . anyone ever spray paint insulation and are there any problems with it's insulating value if you do this. I'm thinking a flat white to make the space look bigger
Looks to me like the only thing thats Callaway is the body kit. this alone would not make it a Callaway car, not to mention that's it's and 86. Motor does not look like a twin turbo to me...somebody going to be suprised if they don't do there homework when they buy thisCallaway on ebay
they also use other body styles to test things out. when the C5 was in testing the LS1 was put into a Camaro and the F-body was used on the vette chassis for testing, so anybody that saw it thought it was the new Camaro when in fact it was the new C5, everything expect the body. these things are...
no body kit, look like a regualr C5. web site is for mandeville chevrolet, nothing out of the ordinary even listed for the car, same a a regular C5. guy who owned it probably bought Callaway injector covers and now it has the street package. Well I just talked to the dealer, and he says it has...
I've got a picture I'll post tonight of the purple LeMans that's in CT.
Theres a chevy dealer in n Attlboro, Ma that's advertising a 2000 C5 with a "Callaway Street Package" whatever that is, for sale at 46k. I Emailed the VIN to Joanne and she does not have any record of it and tells me the...
If you call Callaway and talk to Joanne, just give her the VIN and she can tell you everything that was done to the car and the date that it was done. If she has no record of the VIN it's not a real callaway..period
There is a guy from Ct, who has a ZR1 Callaway LeMans, purplish in color, he once told me only 5 Lemans cars were ever made. I think they only made them from ZR1's but I could be wrong. they are SuperNatural 490's at least thats what's on his car. I'll see if I can dig up a few pictures of it...
