I purchased a set of Kumho Ecsta tires in 2010 from TireRack.com and have been happy with them. They are not a good as Goodyear tires, but they are half the price. They still have a lot of tread on them, but then again I do not drive my vette hard.
Anyone know of a place to get an Automatic Transmission Console Shifter Plate that does not have the rubberized coating? I replaced mine two years ago and it is not only just as sticky and nasty as the original one I replaced, the ashtray door is broken again too. ;squint:

The hood lights in my '96 have a single fuse under the hood under the drivers side headlight. The fuse for the other lights maybe in the fuse block on the passenger side foot weel or in one of the two fuse blocks close to the battery.

The accessory plug you speak of is probably the lighter socket. Since you have a factory radio, you have a cassette player. I use one of those cassette to CD adapters from the 90s. It works great without the distortion the FM transmitters can have. I purchased one from walmart for ~10 bucks...
Update
I replaced both bulbs on the passenger side with 2057s and the turn signal is now working properly. :cool!: I think I may have replaced the inner bulb with a close but incoorect size bulb, that may have caused a resistance problem. Thank you all.
