Nice idea. But i'll have to stick to my 2x4s, 3rd gen camaro jack and stands. I have 2 1/2" ground clearance. The only draw back to having a slammed c5. A bitch to jack up.

sounds like a lot of things have been touched on you're car. Before setting the TPS, you must set the timing and idle. Heres the procedure, follow it exactly, or you'll have to start over. This is pretty much a must on all c4 as their old cars now. Set screws wear down and linkage gets sloppy...

The guy probably had some sweet 19 or 20 inch wheels, took them off to sell the car and the 17" 89 wheels were all he could find for the sale. ;shrug I'll be taking my 19" maya's off my 89 when i sell it soon. I'll be putting on any 89 or up wheel just for the sale.

I set mine at .54v at idle. Never have got more than 4.6 at WOT. I remember at the track, my friend used to set his TPS to 6.5/idle when at the track, his car would idle like crap, smelled rich and set a code.

Of all the c6 wheels, these are the first ones i like. These cars are beggin for a deep dish wheel, concave looks good though.

yep. 3 votes for the evap. Pop you're hood,start the car and see if the smell is coming from the canister behind the headlight.

Of coarse this morning the car fired rite up. I went in anyway, opened up the engage relay, cleaned the contacts and reassebled. I left the dash apart like TedC, so when it happens again, i'll be ready, have my jumper wire too. Just have to figure out which wires to jump. Heres how the connector...

Hey Johnny,just as i suspected. Jacked up car,on the driver side near the floor board,theres a heat shield. It has 2 brackets rivited to the body of the car. My rear bracket has broken the rivets,so the rear section vibrates against the body or exhaust at certain rpms.

Awesome.... great pics and info. I'm going to try and figure out how to jumper the relay, as my dealer has to order the part. I read somewere, jumper the yellow and the green/white. Looks like theres 2 of each color in the connector.
