85 fuel pumps and ft lbs on top plate?

Ok, I put the 85 pump in the 82 . Wow what a difference. Went tru and tighten the top plate on the intake could not believe how many were lose. Didn’t use torque wench just a good tight .what is the torque on the bolts? Also what idle rpm I am about 900 steady hi or low ? But she will get up and go now.

I would get the rpms to about 650

850 to 900 in park or neutral. 650 in gear but that is just off tach
