90 L98

Question? I have a 90 with a L98 350. The top end was a little nosey So I replaced the lifters - pushrods - rockers ( with Crane golds - had the heads completely redone with new Z28 springs AND SVO injectors, RESULTS! this THING is still nosey! the cam looked good ( no flat lobes or minumal wear ) what's up with this???? I've been told that the roller L98 is a nosey motor but I'm not buying it! any help or input here would be a great help.

When are you hearing most of the noise? At idle? Upon acceleration? Wide open throttle?

At idle and say up to about 1200. 350 runs VERY STRONG! at idle to WOT. Jim
