LT4 a/c wont blow thru vents

hello guys!
im having trouble with my LT4. The a/c will blow but it doesnt blow out the "center" vents. it will blow out the defrost vent and the floor/bottom vents but it wont blow out the "main/middle vents ". Anybody have any resolutions or ideas what could be the problem? any comments and advice will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! THANKS!
