Anyone NOT run their front plate?

I have my front plate hanging with a hinge,it comes up as the airflow goes under the car the,and drops down when the car slows to a stop.was stopped the other day ,cop said I had no front plate,he went to the front to look ...and there it was ..he could`nt work it out.Works everytime.

I don't have a front license plate, and I'm located in Washington State, which requires a front license plate. My car is a 2002 Electron Blue Z06 that I picked up at the Museum on September 10th, 2001, yes, the day before 9/11. I have not been pulled over or stopped yet. I think the C5 looks alot better without the front license plate. My rear plate reads ZEE 06, somebody with a black Z06 in the State of WA beat me to the Z06 license plate.
